SeifWear General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, orders, and transactions made through the official SeifWear webshop at https://seifwear.com and third-party sales platforms including but not limited to bol.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
SeifWear
Seif, operating under the trade name SeifWear, registered as a sole proprietorship in the Netherlands.
Customer
Any natural person or legal entity purchasing products from SeifWear via the webshop or associated sales platforms.
Webshop
The online store available at https://seifwear.com.
Products
All clothing, accessories, or other items sold by SeifWear through the webshop or third-party marketplaces.
Third-party platforms
Sales platforms where SeifWear products may also be offered, including but not limited to bol.com.

3. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through:
- the SeifWear webshop (seifwear.com)
- third-party sales platforms including but not limited to bol.com
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Product Information
All product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Customers acknowledge that:
- Product photos are indicative
- Small color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings
- Product sizes may vary approximately ±1–5 cm
These differences do not constitute a defect.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on the webshop are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Additional notes:
- Transaction fees may apply depending on the payment provider or location of the customer
- Shipping costs may be charged separately
- SeifWear reserves the right to modify prices at any time
The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price applicable to the order.
6. Orders and Acceptance
An order becomes final only after full payment has been received.
SeifWear reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including but not limited to:
- suspected fraud
- payment irregularities
- misuse of the webshop
- suspicious purchasing behavior
7. Payment Methods
Available payment methods may include:
- iDEAL
- credit cards
- debit cards
- Klarna
- other payment methods depending on the customer’s location
Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully completed.
8. Shipping and Delivery
SeifWear ships worldwide with a primary focus on the Netherlands and the European Union.
Delivery times may vary depending on production, shipping carrier, and destination.
Important information:
- Some products are produced using Print On Demand services
- Production and shipping times may vary
- Delays may occur during holidays, busy periods, or international shipping
SeifWear cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments.
Orders printed and shipped within the Netherlands are generally delivered within 5 business days.
9. Shipping Risk
All shipments are handled by external logistics providers.
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping risk transfers to the customer. SeifWear is not responsible for loss, delay, or damage caused by shipping carriers.
10. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Customers may return products within 14 days after delivery provided that:
- the product is unused
- the product is unworn
- the product remains unopened
- all original packaging, labels, and stickers are intact
A valid reason for return must be provided.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
11. Return Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated customs duties.
Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by SeifWear.

13. Print On Demand Products
Certain SeifWear products are produced using Print On Demand services such as Printful.
For these products:
- production and printing are handled by third-party providers
- SeifWear cannot fully guarantee the manufacturing quality
Exclusive SeifWear products produced internally are designed, produced, and quality-checked by SeifWear.
14. Liability
SeifWear shall not be held liable for:
- incorrect use of products
- direct or indirect damages
- consequential damages
- damages resulting from misuse of products
15. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the SeifWear brand including but not limited to:
- brand name
- logos
- designs
- graphics
- website content
remain the exclusive property of SeifWear.
It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell SeifWear intellectual property without prior written permission.
16. Customer Content and Marketing Usage
Customers may voluntarily share photos, videos, or other content featuring SeifWear products through social media, email, reviews, or other communication channels.
By voluntarily submitting such content to SeifWear, tagging SeifWear’s official social media accounts, or responding positively to a request from SeifWear to share such content, the customer grants SeifWear a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- use the content
- edit the content
- publish the content
- reproduce the content
- distribute the content
- display the content
for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes both online and offline.
Customers may request removal of such content by sending an email to:
17. User Generated Content
SeifWear may request permission to repost customer content on social media or other platforms. When a customer provides such permission, SeifWear may use the content for promotional purposes.
18. Resale Restriction
SeifWear products are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reselling SeifWear products for commercial purposes without written permission from SeifWear is prohibited.
SeifWear reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of unauthorized resale.
19. Privacy
Customer data is processed in accordance with the SeifWear Privacy Policy.

20. Changes to Terms
SeifWear reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
