SeifWear Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the SeifWear webshop at https://seifwear.com.
1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order.
2. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- the product must be unused
- the product must be unworn
- the product must include original labels and tags
- the product must be returned in its original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

A valid reason for return must be provided when submitting a return request.

Approved refunds may be issued through:
- the original payment method
- a replacement product
The refund method will be determined depending on the situation and product condition.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds may take up to 60 days to be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
7. Non-Returnable Situations
Products may not be eligible for return if:
- the product has been used or worn
- labels or tags are removed
- the product is damaged by the customer
8. Print On Demand Products
Some products are produced through Print On Demand services such as Printful. Returns may be limited depending on the production process.
