Return Policy

We accept returns for any reason and provide refunds or store credit for online purchases. Items can be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery, and a refund will be issued. To initiate a return, please visit the Return Portal, enter your order number and email address, and follow the provided instructions. Return costs are not covered by our company.

General Return Guidelines:

1. All products must be returned within 14 days after delivery.
2. Products must be unworn and unwashed.
3. All original Seif tags and stickers must be intact.

Exceptions:

1. Underwear briefs, bodies, swimwear, facemasks, pierced jewelry, custom made clothes and earbuds cannot be returned or exchanged under any reasons unless faulty.

Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. We only accept undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled, unused, unworn, and unwashed products. Labels, stickers or tags must remain intact, and the product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange and Refund for Defective Products: We offer exchanges or refunds for defective items returned in their original condition and packaging, with the return form fully filled out. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and exchanges are only applicable to items returned within 14 days of delivery. Items showing signs of damage unrelated to manufacturing faults, such as accidental, malicious, or wearer-related damages, will not be accepted for return. Additionally, underwear briefs, bodies, swimwear, facemasks, earbuds, custom made clothes and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. Once we receive and approve your return, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process your refund.
